Week 5
I can't believe that it's been a whole month since my mom and I started this blog! It was a very successful January with some yummy recipes that we both plan on making again! This week's recipe, Oven Roasted Teriyaki Pork Tenderloin with Maple-Ginger Glaze, can be found here. Not only is it super easy, but it would be a great meal to make for company!

Reader Recommendations: January
Two Kitchens needs your help! Every month we would like to try an extra recipe... one suggested by you! Please suggest a dish or pass along a recipe for us to try in the comments section here on the blog. Maybe it is one of your favorites, or something you haven't tried yet. We can't wait to see what you suggest!

One more thing to add to our plate... and hopefully yours!
Each week we will attempt to cook a new (to us) recipe, take some photos along the way, dig in, and then share the experience and suggestions with all of you. Rather than read about one cook's perspective, you will get two! My mom and I are both the executive chefs in our own kitchens. We each have our own culinary strengths, as well as cooking and eating preferences. The goals here are simple. Take every day people with busy lives, mix-in some realistic recipes, learn something new in the kitchen, and share it with you. We hope you will join us on our little foodie adventure!
Oh, one final note... Pescetarians, beware! This may not be the blog for you. As much as we wish we loved to eat all creatures that once lived in lakes, rivers, and the sea, we simply do not. Take it from us, this is not always well received while living in New England where seafood is king! But hey, if you can't be yourself on your own blog, where can you?
